Well I would have done all of it but I need to get the sprocket! I need to calculate the size sprocket I need from the difference in tyre dimensions from my tyres to Jons. I will try to do this next week, if i remember! So all I could really do, without having to dismantle it later, was press one side of the diff into the bearing housing. Its Lucky that we have an array of different size sockets or I am not sure how I would have done this without making a one off tube!

Not much time today, but I did have enough time to put the diff bearings into the plates. The best way to do this is to heat the aluminium plate to expand the hole and to then drop the bearing in.
