I had planned the first outing for the car today, but due to the weather it was all cancelled! A bit of a shame, but at least its all ready to go for next year!

Saturday, December 19th, 2009I am a little concerned about heat soak when the car comes into the pits. To counter this I ‘won’ on ebay a leaf blower. This pokes down towards the water radiator to help keep it all cool, well thats the idea!
Electronics Cover
Saturday, December 19th, 2009When sorting the passenger door hing I had to move the ECU. I then had a bit of a think, and noticed that any water getting in would drip all over it! This is obviously not the most intelligent thing, so knocked up a small cover.
Door Hinges

New Fuel Pressure Reg
Saturday, December 19th, 2009Unfortunately whilst testing the fuel system after changing the pump for a slightly smaller one, I noticed the fuel pressure was all over the place. It turns out that the pressure reg had gone down. It would work some of the time, but it you tapped it the pressure changed! Luckily we had a couple of spares for the 935, so I swapped it in. All seems OK now, so fingers crosses.
