I bolted the mirrors directly onto the spider section. I dont think this will vibrate too much but like so much else, only time will tell! The mirror posts are angled slightly rearwards, as the body is sloped at this point. I had toyed with the idea of cutting and rewelding them together so they would be vertical, but I think they actually look better like this.
Obviously the wing is going to get in the way of the view somewhat, but I think that is going to be the case however I mount them!
