I finished off the radiator to pump pipe. I need to make a bracket to mount the pump as it seems the way I have mounted the actuator valves just interfere with one of the pressing of the pump, but it shouldnt take long!
This is the view down the side of the car. I have tried to keep the angles right to try to stop air blockages in the lines. Lets hope it works. However, I have ordered some more dash 3 pipe and fittings to make a constant bleed from the radiator to the header tank.
The header tank is now mounted. You can see the ecleptic mix of silicone bends!! I now need to rig up an expansion pot. I think to start with I will use a running water bottle, then once its run up to temp I can see how much water gets pushed out, and then weld a small tank to the side of the header tank, similar to the oil tank.
