Fire Extinguisher

I finished off the last few bits of the plumbed in extinguisher. The system is from SPA and uses the standard decabon tubing. This seems to be quite easily to shape by hand and reasonably easy to straighten up again if you make a mistake! I have plumbed it to have two nozzles front and rear, so there is a split almost instantly after leaving the bottle.

Front/Rear Split

You can see below the two front nozzles, roughly pointing at the driver. Mind you, from past experience, although not used in anger, the extinguishers dont seem to work at all and all you get out is a slow dribble of foam!

Front Lines

From the T piece the lines them go down the centre of the car, joined by the air lines.

They then shoot up to the bulkhead and into the engine bay.

It then splits again, and one goes to the left and the other to the right, original hey?!

Second Engine Bay Nozzle Position

The right hand side rises up to the rearward hoop support and down to the fuel rail.
