I am mounting all of the major electronics, ECU, GCU Radio etc, on the passenger side. However I need a main earthing point to the chassis, so I welded one on!
Next on the list was the battery isolator. Again this needs to be earthed, so I knocked up the below bracket, but also needs a good thermal path to the chassis, hence a reasonable thickness material.
I then welded some nuts to the back as getting nuts on this could easily be a pain as it will be located in the passenger footwell next to the battery.
