Continuing on from last week, this week was the turn of the radiator duct. I made this in the same fashion as the oil cooler duct, cardboard tmplates transposed to ally. Unfortunatly this side, due to the extra width, is a little more complicated and had to be made in a few more parts.
As you can see below, the duct has to duck under a chassis member.
Before final assembly I taped it all together to make sure it would all go together correctly.
Again, I did the same as the oil cooler duct and ally taped over all the seems to make the air passage a little smootherand to help seal it.
These should help act as the bones of the buck, if I ever get around to it…
