The oil cooler has already been mounted twice, so why not a third time for luck! This time I have bolted it directly to the bodywork, as in the photo below.

I then cut out the louvers for the cooler exit. I used a hole saw at the top and bottom to try to stop it from cracking.

I have started to make the ducting. The first step is to make it from cardboard, in this case cereal packets and tape!
