Whilst assembling up the brakes I found that the wheel was not running 100% concentric. Not only that but when bolting on the wheel it was quite difficult to hold the wheel in the correct place as it fell of the wheel studs.
I then realised that the BBS wheels had a chamfer on the inside and the 50mm steel washer didnt locate on the wheel.
To fix the minor problem I decided to make up some wheel spigots. These are designed not only to locate the wheel but, due to their extended length aid when mounting up the wheel. They are taped to give wheel a bit of a lead onto them, as shown in the pic below. However the final 10mm is parrallel to locate the wheel.


And here is one mounting up on the front. The rears are ever so slightly different, as the original washer was counterbored into the drive flange, hence the parrallel section is longer.
