After looking at the copper pipes, it was onto the flexible pipes from the copper to the caliper. These pipes are not the standard rubber lined aeroquip as the extreme pressure generated in a brake system would burst the pipe. The pipes are still braided but have a PTFE lining ( I think) but if ordering the pipe from THINK it is the TFE stuff. For the high pressure lines Iam using the forged fittings as they are stronger then the swept ones, admittedly they don’t look as good by nevermind! On the caliper I have used swivel fittings so as the wheel rises and falls it shouldnt tend to undo the fitting.
The brake line fittings are slightly different to normal aeroquip as when you make them you have to clamp the olive in the end of the pipe, but its mainly the same process as before!
