The tyres arrived on Wednesday this week and I promptly got Tony to get them fitted up, as I was away at Loughborough. Its funny, but all I have done is put the wheels on, but the car looks much more like a car!

The next job was to set up the flat floor. Obviously each pad has to be level and each pad must be at the same height as the others. Fortunately we have a digital ‘bubble gauge’. Its only accurate to 0.1 degree but that’s more than enough!

I then dropped the car down onto the pads, shuffled it around until it was in the middle of each pad, and then marveled at the chassis taking shape!

I then decided to put a first setup on. I can then measure everything up for my records
